CIMI HAITI was launched to provide assistance to the people of Haiti who are in the most need of the basic necessities of life. Due to economic restraints in the country of Haiti, socially there are a number of families who struggle on a day-to-day basis just to put food on the table.
So often we over look and take for granted the many blessing of life we enjoy, while in many parts of the world there are individuals without the basic necessities like running water and food to eat. At CIMIWORLD we will seek to collect clothes in decent condition and can foods through clothing and food drives.
We need all of your support in collecting these very precious items to assist families in need. This effort will not only target families in Haiti but families in our local communities as well.
Operation Haiti
September 2008 Begins CIMI Haiti’s Monthly clothing and food drive.
Every third week of each month we will be picking up clothing items and can food to assist the people of Haiti.
We will have representatives from CIMI Haiti come to the homes of individuals who would like to donate clothing items or can goods. Also individuals can schedule a drop off at one of our scheduled drop off points. Drop off points will be posted to the CIMIWORLD site in the near future.
Ladies and gentlemen we hope you can find it in your hearts to contribute to this worthy cause. We ask only one small thing of our contributors that is all clothing items are in good condition and clean. Although you might be donating clothes that you probably don’t use anymore please be mindful this will be a gift to someone in need. And God forbid you were in a similar situation what would you like someone else to do for you.
